This lady lives in a Hummingbird fly zone. As the hummingbirds migrated, about 20 of them were in her yard. She took the little red dish, filled it with sugar water and this is the result.
The woman is Abagail Alfano of Pine, Louisiana - she has been studying them daily and one morning put the cup from the feeder, with water in it, in her hand. As they got used to her standing by the feeder they came over to her hand. She says in touching, they are as light as a feather. Abagail also said, “if she had known her husband was taking pictures she would have put on makeup.”

Subscribe! (RSS Feed)Most email forwards are god-awful chain letters or really stupid jokes. However, every once in awhile you may get one that totally makes your day. I get a few of those every week. Since I love to give others a good laugh, I decided to start this site as a collection of the email forwards I get and other crazy stuff I encounter in my daily web surfing. Enjoy and have a good laugh on me!

Leave my birds alone, you old hag! Quit messing with nature and read a self-help book instead!

Yeah I’m sure that’s why she’s playing with hummingbirds…she’s not reading any self-help books…yeah

I used to do that with the feeder outside my window. Put your thumb in front of the feeder, and when they land, pinch their feet with your index finger. They’re deliciouse!

The feathers are easy, it’s the beak you have to worry about. especially on the other side. Can you say shishkabob?;)
